Shipping Policy

Overview

At D9Diva, we want your jewellery to reach you safely, quickly, and beautifully packaged. We ship across India only. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch. We typically process and dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500 across India. For orders below ₹1500, a flat standard shipping charge of ₹80 will be applied at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 2–7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. Metro cities and Tier-1 towns are generally delivered faster, while remote or Tier-3 locations may take the full delivery window or slightly longer. All domestic orders are shipped via reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, or India Post, depending on your pin code and availability.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use this information to track your order in real time on the courier’s website. If you have any difficulty tracking your order, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.


Unboxing Video — Important Notice

We take great care in packing every order, but we strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This is essential for raising any complaints related to damaged, tampered, or incorrect items. No complaint regarding a damaged or wrong product will be entertained without a valid unboxing video as proof. Please do not discard the packaging until you are satisfied with your order.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Instead, note the condition on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at contact@d9diva.com with photographic evidence and your order number. If you have already accepted a damaged package, please share your unboxing video and images with us within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise a complaint with the courier partner on your behalf.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 2–3 delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered. Please ensure that the contact number and address provided are accurate and reachable. If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will be applicable.


Delays & Exceptions

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, there may occasionally be delays due to natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. D9Diva is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been handed over for dispatch. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delay by coordinating with the courier partner.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of your order. D9Diva will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been dispatched cannot be guaranteed and will depend entirely on the courier partner’s ability to accommodate such requests.
