Our Commitment to You

At D9Diva, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include items marked as “Final Sale”, customised or personalised jewellery, gift cards, and items purchased during special promotional events unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@d9diva.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send your item back without receiving prior confirmation from our team, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider. If your return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent to you. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


Damaged or Faulty Items

All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@d9diva.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
