Once your order is placed, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email us at d9divafashion@gmail.com.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at d9divafashion@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

At D9Diva, we offer both! Some pieces are our own original in-house designs, while others are carefully handpicked from trusted market sources. Every piece — regardless of origin — is quality-checked before it reaches you.
